As I had never been happy with the resolution of the first Gumtree and Footballer, but was still obsessed with that bit of road, I took a lot more photographs (pretty hairy, the cars came hurtling round the bend at me) and did it again.

I was amazed at the difference when I looked at it alongside Landscape with Gumtree and Footballer No 1
