Fortunately Ken was driving when I photographed this ghostly, dusty truck. The other truck was in a magazine called Deals on Wheels. The photo was tiny wee but I could not find that square rusty shape out on the road and I have never been able to 'make things up'. If the balance between the size of the truck/the wheels/the position of the wheels isn't right the whole composition just falls apart.

Having said that, the road arrows are bigger than 'real' road arrows. It's all balance. That road junction is, in fact, where you turn off South Road to go to Maslin Beach, the most beautiful beach in SA. Also the only nude beach.
